Difference between cold leads and warm leads

  • Cold leads will not show interest in your product or service, but warm leads will show some interest and they will provide their contact details and do initial activities. 
  • Cold leads will not respond to your calls, messages, or emails but warm leads do.
  • Purchases will be less likely and better nutrition is important for cold leads.
  • No need for excess nutrition, but only requires careful and efficient management
  • Cold lead cannot be considered as qualified or better lead, otherwise, warm lead can be considered a qualified lead.
  • Cold lead will not show interest in engaging with the organization, but warm lead frequently tries to engage with the organization. 

Anyway, both leads are important in any business. But the success of a company is when the cold and warm leads convert into hot leads or customers.
